As long as you click REQUEST MEETING ATTENDANCE, your attendance confirmations are available from your profile page when logging into https://www.intherooms.com/profile/attendance via a computer and web browser (or from a mobile device in "desktop" mode - information below); the link is directly under your picture. Please check this page to see if the missing confirmations are there.
*PLEASE NOTE* only the last 100 meetings are listed on each user's profile page. If you anticipate needing more than 100 meetings, you must download these and keep them in a secure location as they will not be available for later retrieval.
We also mail them out 24 hours after the meeting has ended, so you need to go to your email account online, and please check your email SPAM/Junk folders on your mail provider's website (i.e. mail.google.com or yahoo.com). You need to check this via your web browser!
If you find some of our emails in there, mark them as NOT SPAM, and please add 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to your address book online.
Also please make sure that the email address listed with which you signed up for ITR is spelled correctly as we use this address to send you ANY emails.
